If we were to give thanks to those stars who have really seemed to turn it around this Thanksgiving, I think Nicole would have to be on the list.

That’s her and her man Joel Madden at the “Light The Night” event (Nov. 22) in Beverly Hills.

The blonde beauty (in vintage YSL) and Joel (the UNICEF Ambassador) host UNICEF’s 2008 Beverly Hills Snowflake Lighting ceremony at the intersection of Rodeo Drive and Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles.

The ceremony highlights the City of Beverly Hills’ “Light the Night” annual holiday event where the UNICEF Snowflake and the 20 Baccarat chandeliers that grace Rodeo Drive are illuminated to kick off the holiday season.

Getting it together and giving it back.

That’s something to be thankful for!

Way to go Nicole.

It’s always nice to be near family this time of year.

I guess Gwen’s making it happen!

The blonde singer and her hubby Gavin Rossdale picked up sons Kingston and Zuma from their maternal grandfather Dennis’ house recently (Nov. 23).

Grandpa Dennis carried Zuma (who had his own personalized pacifier) to the car, while Gavin managed Kingston.

Gwen and the boys got back from vacation in Mexico three days ago.

The film chronicles the rise of Chess Records, which was based in Chicago, and its recording artists. Beyonce who also executive produced the film, portrays Jazz legend Etta James in the film.

Should be some good music in this one.

If you don’t know what the “couple photo” rule is, it’s kind of like the - gain 10 pounds the minute you go on camera rule.

Only this time it’s - if you’re a guy and you stand next to a gorgeous lady for a photo - you lose 10 degrees of handsome!

It’s the “photo couple” rule. 

All guys suffer from it.

In any case, they look very content and happy in each others company as they enjoy a romantic holiday visiting the sights together in Venice, Italy (Nov. 24).

That’s “Twilight” star Robert Pattinson giving us the stare down.

He was spotted on his way inside the Cimarron Group Headquarters in Los Angeles (Nov.24).

Cimarron is the company that did all the advertising and print work for “Twilight.”

Before “Twilight” a lot of people simply remember Pattinson as “that guy who got killed in that Harry Potter film.”

No longer.

Now, not only is he one of the sexiest vampires in America - he’s our newest heartthrobs!

My, what a difference a bite makes.

With opening weekend box office for “Twilight” at 70 mil plus you can bet that Hollywood smells blood.

Which means there will be plenty of opportunities ahead for Robert to sink his fangs into!
