Maybe it’s a fluke as the famous singer was spotted with her husband relaxing and drinking champagne on a boat at their Italian vacation in Sardinia (Aug 28).
You never know with Christina, she has admitted she suffers from depression insisting her feelings of sadness are “always right below the surface.”
According to Hollyscoop she admits, “I do battle with depression. And it’s almost seductive to go to a place of sadness and darkness… I’m truly thankful for the darkest times in my life. I definitely don’t choose the safe way of living or expressing myself but I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
The singer was spotted trying to hide under a fedora and long tweed coat as she left the set of her second directorial effort, “W.E” (Aug 31st) in London.
She looks like Sherlock Holmes, huh?
And, interestingly enough, there’s a bit of a mystery going on in her new movie.
It seems her daughter, Lourdes, will make her acting debut in the film.
The mystery - it’s not known yet exactly what part she’s playing and how big her role will be.

The star was spotted in West Hollywood last week sporting a slightly rounded stomach, sparking rumours that she and rock star husband Gavin Rossdale might be about to expand their family.
The birthday girl was spotted (Aug 30) having a romantic dinner with baseball star Alex Rodriguez at The Lion on West 9th St. in New York.
Cameron was seen earlier in the day, shopping for the little black dress which she wore to the birthday bash, at ‘Barneys New York which is located on Madison Avenue.
Witnesses saw her holding the dress up inside the store, which she later stepped out wearing to her dinner date.
A visibly skinny Sandra Bullock showed up at New Orleans’s Warren Easton Charter High School to help cut the ceremonial ribbon at the new campus health clinic she helped fund (Aug 29th).
Joined by senators Mary Landrieu, David Vitter and several of the school’s educators, the altruistic actress spoke of the community’s strength in the face of adversity after Hurricane Katrina and the impact that the school and it’s clinic will have on those in need in the financially-unstable city.
Bullock, whose divorce from husband Jesse James was finalized in June, lives in New Orleans with her eight-month-old adopted son Louis Bardo Bullock and is a noted supporter of charities including the American Red Cross.

Allen hid her bump under a pink coat as she left the Ivy Club (Aug 27th) in London.
She was also spotted in the morning, lining up for a cricket match along with her beau Sam Cooper.
Lily broke the news she’s pregnant by saying:
“It brings me great pleasure to tell you that Sam and I are expecting our first child. It goes without saying that both of us are absolutely delighted.”
