Pigtails and bikes, it all looks so innocent, yet in the new “Hottest 25 Under 25” poll by Moviefone, Cyrus was named as one of the up-and-coming Hollywood stars bound for massive fame in the next ten years.

Looks like she’ll be letting her hair down in the years ahead.
