We caught the “Hannah Montana” star out and about with her family in celebration of papa Billy Ray’s 47th birthday.

The family spent the afternoon having dinner at City Wok in Studio City.

I’m sure it was a little different than Miley’s upcoming 16th birthday at the Magic Kingdom in Orlando.

Hers is open to the public and if you want a ticket they go on sale at 9 am on August 30th.

First come, first serve up to the first 5,000 people.

Sadly, no ticket sales for the Billy Ray birthday.

I’m sure the best present he got was a birthday serenade from two sweaty Kung Pau Chefs who were covering for the stoner wait staff!

You know the kind of wait staff I’m talking about - the ones on their “Achy Breaky” smoking a “Reefy Weefy!”

Happy Birthday anyway Billy Ray!
