She officially settled her custody deal with Kevin and she nabbed a Best Female Video nomination up against Rihanna, Katy Perry, Mariah and Jordin Sparks.
With more nominations coming out Friday, maybe she’ll have more to celebrate.

Meanwhile, Spears could end up performing “Piece of Me” at the MTV Video Music Awards. A MTV source says “They are going to leave it up until the week before to decide. But they can only advise her - Brit will do her own thing.”
